Задачі уроку: 1. Активізувати вживання в мовленні лексичного матеріалу з теми «Їжа».
2. Розвивати мовленнєву компетенцію учнів та вдосконалювати навички аудіювання та читання з теми.
3.Розвивати слухову та зорову пам'ять, увагу, творчу уяву учнів.
4.Розширювати кругозір учнів з теми «Їжа. Національна українська кухня.»
5 .Виховувати повагу до українських традицій.
СКК - виховувати впевненість у собі, почуття взаємоповаги.

Обладнання: презентація для мультимедійного проектора, малюнки, граматична таблиця.
Хід уроку:
1. Організаційний момент.
Привітання. Good morning pupils! How are you?
- We are fine, thank you.
-All right. Let’ start our lesson.
2)Мотивація навчальної діяльності учнів на уроці.
Look at the screen. There are three pictures there. What can you see on these pictures?
P1 - I can see borsch in the first picture.
P2 – I can see varenyky in the second picture.
P3 – I can see holubtsi in the third picture.

Teacher: So, try to guess what the theme of our today’s lesson is.
Pupil: I think it is “The Ukrainian national cuisine”.
Teacher: You are quite right. Today we shall speak with you about our Ukrainian national dishes.
3 Активізація лексики з теми «Їжа».
а) знайти «зайве» слово
1 - bread, butter, cheese, milk
2 – tea, coffee, lemonade, pizza.
3 – apple, lemon, porridge, banana.
4 – meat, ham, fish, chicken.
Скласти речення з «зайвими» словами.

Ukrainian people have three meals a day. They are breakfast, dinner and supper.
Breakfast time is usually between 7 and 8 o’clock. They have porridge, macaroni, boiled or mashed potatoes with meat, chicken or fish. They also have boiled or fried eggs, bread and butter. As a rule, they drink hot tea.
Dinner time comes at 1 o’clock. It usually consists of three courses. For the first course they have soup or borsch. Then they eat porridge or mashed potato with meat or fish. They also can have different kinds of salads. They can drink coffee, tea, juice or compote.
Supper time is at 6 or 7 o’clock. Supper is usually light. It consists of some sandwiches, bread and butter and tea.

7) Представлення презентації про «Пузату хату» в нашому місті.
There is the café “The Puzata Khata” in our town too. It is situated in the building of the supermarket “Metro” in Bykov street. The interior of the café is in the Ukrainian style. You can see many drawings on the walls. Numerous crocks, glass jars, wooden furniture create warm atmosphere in the café. Traditional Ukrainian dishes are another advantage of the café.

Denys:_ -Hello, mum.
Mummy: -Hello, Denys.
Denys: -Mummy, I’m so hungry. I didn’t have lunch at our school canteen today. Is there anything in our refrigerator?
Mummy: -Oh, yes. I’ve cooked holubtsi today.
Denys: - Holubtsi? It’s my favourite dish.
Mummy:- Then wash your hands and go to the kitchen.
